The host the front desk left us waiting in the ramp area and decided to take a call. After 10 minutes of everybody staring at us waiting inside the door, he decides to acknowledge us and ask if we had reservations. We did and he decided to look around the room for tables, even though there were two open ones right in front of us. After another five minutes he decided we were worthy to sit down and he hands menus. He then disappears for 20 minutes, and ignores us as he walks by us 3 times. No water, no bread, he justs leave us to die. We finally get up to leave and he says nothing. Fine dining at its best...not! Don't even think of eating there, so many other choices in South Beach were you can actually eat.

food was nice, but the price was ridiculous and the service was poor. No one paid any attention to us and we had to speak with the manager to get our dessert menu and check. In their defense, the food was as advertised, but do yourself a favor and do not go here if you care to have a waiter take your order, have drinks refilled, expect to be seated, or hope to get a menu upon arrival. We waited over 40min to get anything from them.

The best Italian food in the US! I'm a world traveler and a foodie! Hats off to the chef, she is QUALITY! The location is the only issue...Washington street in South Beach:/ The food and service is absolutely outstanding....this where real Italians from Italy (not Brooklyn or Staten Island NY) go to enjoy authentic quality Italian food!
