Best sandwich in town!
I'm a commercial pilot and I travel all over the country. When we are in Lauderdale I always make it a point to visit Fernanda's. Fernanda's has the best sandwiches I've found. I've tried almost all of their signature sandwiches on the menu and have not been disappointed. I do have some favorites 1. "The Big Easy" 2. "The Mortorano" 3. "The Hemingway". Sandwich and a drink can cost $10 - $11 bucks. Portions are large, the bread and ingredients are top notch. They slice all the meats after you order, so everything is very fresh. In my opinion well worth the cost. They also have a great selection of prepared foods on the other side of the market. The brussel sprouts and pastas are awesome. I've always found the employees to be friendly.

Best Sandwich
You certainly will not find a better-tasting sandwich, due to the amazing flavors of the imported meat. You cannot pick a wrong item off this menu. However, the service is super SLOOOOOW and the deli workers are not all that friendly, esp. if you're there for the first time and don't know the ordering protocol. It's quite expensive, too, for a sandwich. But then again, the sandwich is large enough for two people to fill up on or to have at two separate meals.
