I've been going to Francesca's since it opened. Tonight I ordered takeout and paid $9.50 for a salad that probably cost $2 to make. When I asked for a little more salad dressing, the waitress with the attitude told me it would cost another 75 cents. Couldn't believe it. When I got home, I realized they didn't even fill the little container to the top. This is the first time I was asked to pay for a little extra dressing.

Went with wife and another couple. We have had same waitress last 3 visits. Never smiled one time. Was obvious she wanted to be somewhere else. I asked for ketchup and received an empty jar We really want to like this place as we like to support our local merchants But fact is I can deal with average good if I am made to feel welcome. The food is above average. The service. So far. Is very poor.

I am a New Yorker and this is the best Pizza I have had in Florida. The service is always great and the food delicious.

My family tried Francesca's for the first time last week for dinner. We loved the fried artichoke starter and the margarita pizza was excellent. Really reasonable wine list. The dining room was immaculate. Service was friendly and efficient even though there was a large party in the back section. Nice menu, beautiful decor. I will definitely be back. Finally a nice place to eat in Royal Palm.

Wife and I moved to the Acreage a year ago and have been incredibly disappointed in both local pizzerias. I decided to make the 12 mile drive to Francesca's in RPB after reading the reviews here. Let me tell you, the near 5-star rating of their food is not an exaggeration. Pizza is not only great for the area, it's among the best in South Florida. Cheesy garlic bread was outstanding. Wife and I are both sick now from overeating. It was that good.

No wait to be seated, pretty empty. We ordered pizza, pasta and subs at our table (not hard to make) we waited over an hour for our food and with children (especially babies) thats a VERY long time. Food was good when we finally got it.

I went there a couple of weeks ago (for the first time) and it was wonderful. The eggplant parmigiana dinner was delicious. It was a nice size, perfectly breaded, generously topped with cheese, and baked to perfection. The sauce on the eggplant and the spaghetti side was very good. But it was the homemade focaccia that put it over the top!!! It was soft, delicate, seasoned with fresh herbs, and it just melted in your mouth. Please note, they also offer the focaccia with a side of sauce...not just good, it's CRAZY GOOD! The large cheese pizza, which I also ordered, was also a winner. They called it "New England style" (I think) and it was very good. The crust is thin, very light, and crisp. The pizza had an amazing sauce, and the cheese was great, and once again, that wonderful crust!!! I have placed a take-out order since then, and it was just as good as the first time. They have a nice selection of wines and some very fine desserts. Oh, and the owner, (the wife), was super nice and friendly both times. I highly recommended this restaurant.
