We were enticed by the atmosphere of this restaurant. There were fresh flowers on the table, dimmed lights, and a pianist playing. It appeared to be an upscale establishment. What we learned was that quality of food and customer service were the last things on the Staff's minds. This lead to an overall displeasing and uncomfortable experience. Here are some of the issues we encountered: --no separate checks are allowed. --the wait staff seemed overwhelmed and confused about their menu. --There was a long delay before we got food, drinks, or the bill. Other tables around us had to ask for their bill b/c it was taking so long. --our water glasses were filled only once and left empty. Our waiter did not refill them b/c someone else had that responsibility --I ordered a salad and received an appetizer salad prior to the main course salad, which was strange. The main course salad was not impressive and had no dressing. --the waiter didn't remember what we had ordered and I had to review it with him. He was more focused on how we had inconvenienced him while we were there. When he told me to sign the receipt, he walked away and I had to flag down someone else to get a pen. There are other Italian restaurants in the area that are faster, have better quality food, and are more accommodating. Don't waste your time with this one.

Wait staff appeared to be confused and overwhelmed. Poor service. Bread was not only cold, but frozen in the middle. One hour wait for our food. Very noisy atmosphere. Won't be back.

Me and my wife went in for a nice romantic dinner, so we thought. Bread was cold, they forgot my appitizer. I was still fine, until I got my chicken parmesan. It was so over cooked it was like chewing on leather. For the prices they charge the food should have been phenomenonal.

We've driven by so many times but haven't had a chance to stop until now. We've heard great things about this place & it was even better than what we could have imagined. We decided to eat on the casual side (felt like we were in Italy). We ordered Fried Calamari, then Chicken w/artichokes,mushrooms in a light sauce. A bottle of wine w/ dinner. The garlic rolls were light & they make them there. Salad was good w/ homemade dressing. This restaurant is real, not a chain. Service was fantastic. Everything was excellent Found a new home.

Stale bread started off our dinner. It went downhill from there. Ravioli was undercooked and tasted like cardboard.

The Best Italian food in South Florida! The very best service...waiter named Gino never stopped with service the way it should be and is very rare here in South Florida. I would send the top food critics here and expect the same review! I went there also to their pizza shop next door on another occasion and I have to say it is as good as New York Pizza with the best crust and toppings.LOVE IT!
