Real Italian food made fresh. We have never had a disappointing meal here. Love coming here & trying different dishes. During season you have to make reservations. A great place to eat

We been coming to Frank's since I was a teen. Now we bring our daughter there. They have the BEST food. The seafood is the best! I don't understand how some viewers said the rolls were frozen or cold cause I have ALWAYS got my rolls hot. The atmosphere is where you can go casual right off the beach to dress up to have a date night with the hubs!! No matter the price it is well worth it!! Service is always good. My favorite part is when the owner himself comes and checks on you. I highly recommend this awesome restaurant!

Horrible service... Pizza must have been sitting for a good 30-40 minutes before we had slices.. We asked for no cheese in our salads and still got cheese in them... The ladies working appeared to be having the worst day ever... Wouldn't recommend and were generally pretty easy going people.

Wife and I fell in love with the place! Rolls are wonderfully tasty and Calamari a la frank is awesome! Best calamari I get in the area (spicy). Also we take the kids to the casual side from time to time- get the eggplant parmesan Sicilian pizza! Its amazing!! The staff: We have been eating here for several years and the staff has definitely improved. They hired a whole new team. Not sure what restaurant the other reviewers went to but the food has always been 5 stars- and well above the other competition. The wait time: We have come on their busiest nights and have never waited too long for any food or drink or refills. Maybe some people are used to hitting the drive through of fast food america.

We were enticed by the atmosphere of this restaurant. There were fresh flowers on the table, dimmed lights, and a pianist playing. It appeared to be an upscale establishment. What we learned was that quality of food and customer service were the last things on the Staff's minds. This lead to an overall displeasing and uncomfortable experience. Here are some of the issues we encountered: --no separate checks are allowed. --the wait staff seemed overwhelmed and confused about their menu. --There was a long delay before we got food, drinks, or the bill. Other tables around us had to ask for their bill b/c it was taking so long. --our water glasses were filled only once and left empty. Our waiter did not refill them b/c someone else had that responsibility --I ordered a salad and received an appetizer salad prior to the main course salad, which was strange. The main course salad was not impressive and had no dressing. --the waiter didn't remember what we had ordered and I had to review it with him. He was more focused on how we had inconvenienced him while we were there. When he told me to sign the receipt, he walked away and I had to flag down someone else to get a pen. There are other Italian restaurants in the area that are faster, have better quality food, and are more accommodating. Don't waste your time with this one.

Wait staff appeared to be confused and overwhelmed. Poor service. Bread was not only cold, but frozen in the middle. One hour wait for our food. Very noisy atmosphere. Won't be back.

Me and my wife went in for a nice romantic dinner, so we thought. Bread was cold, they forgot my appitizer. I was still fine, until I got my chicken parmesan. It was so over cooked it was like chewing on leather. For the prices they charge the food should have been phenomenonal.
