Fratelli La Bufala

To start off the crust of the pizza was burned, and the cheese was falling off everywhere. It seemed as I was paying $16 to eat a piece of bread without cheese. Only restaurant I've ever gone in my entire life where I get charged to drink water, even if I didn't ask for it. We got charged $11 just for water, because I asked for a glass refill........isn't water supposed to be free? It tasted like any regular tap water, and the bottle was not even opened in front of us......... What guarantee do I have that the water was not just regular tap water? To top it off we were 3 and the tip was included in our bill. I usually don't mind this, if the prices are reasonable and if the service is great. But on top of being poor service, we got charged a 17% gratuity, without even asking us if we liked the service. Gratuity has always been an optional 15% of the bill, and in many restaurants that 15% is included when is more than 6 people. However not only was it only 3 of us, but we did not like the service and still had to leave a 17% gratuity. Won't be coming back ever again.

We loved the Italian beer and the specialized pizza. What a great meal. We are going back before we leave Miami.

I have been to Naples many times and love the real Neapolitan pizza. At fratelli La Bufala you can taste pizza that is very authentic, just like thay make it in Naples. Naples is where pizza originated. Anyone who doesn't like this pizza just doesn't know good pizza!

We were 8 minutes late for our reservation and they gave away our table. Then the owner scolded us in front of other patrons and wait staff when we explained that our cab was late to pick us up and bring us there. We were horrified. I don't care how good the food is - I will never be treated like that again.

This is the only restaurant in the US where you can taste the pizza exactly like in Napoli, Italy. A must !
