Horrible service and mediocre food
I am a Korean BBQ nut who has eaten at these sorts of establishments from Los Angeles to Miami to Seoul, Korea. Gabose is anything BUT a Korean BBQ place. The selection of meats is poor, let alone the quality of meat you get for the price is absurd. I paid $50 for two plates of the lowest quality beef tongue I've ever had in my life, which is more than I would pay in LA for 2 people all you can eat. The owner also has some ridiculous rule that you can only order certain meats with charcoal, and for other meats he'll bring out some little table grill you wouldn't even cook at home with while giving you an attitude. If you've ever been to Korea or any other Korean BBQ location outside of Florida, you would know this is anything but traditional treatment. While the food here is OK, it is certainly nothing special. The soups were good the first time, OK the next time, and just ordinary the third. The Gyoza taste like they come from a frozen bag rather than being restaurant-made, and their seafood soup tastes like it uses frozen variety seafood like they sell in the asian store across the street. It tastes very poor due to the lack of fresh ingredients.

So good
I arranged for all my coworkers to try this restaurant with me and this place did not disappoint. They explained the menu and helped us cook on the stove top it was a great experience

Finally I found Authentic Korean food!
I lived in S. Korea for 1 year, so I know Korean food when I eat it. Delicious, the Chapejae Bap is my fav, and the Korean dumplings authentic just like South Korea! Clean restaurant, nice people, love it. A little pricey, but I dont care :)

The best Asian food in South Florida!
I've dined in a variety of Asian food restaurants in NYC, Boston, San Fransico and Montreal. The food here can compete with the best I've had in any of those cities. It is traditional, with a wonderful assortment of items ranging from BBQ you cook at your table to multiple vegetarian choices. It is owner operated with the wife running the back of the house and husband graciously running the front of the house. Do yourself a favor and experience all the flavors and service it has to offer.
