Wheres the rest of my grouper?
Ive been to Garcias now about 4 times and although I enjoy the atmosphere and the view over a nice cold heiny, its gotten way too exensive. I ordered a Grouper but got what seemed like a half bitten piece of fish. I jokingly made a mention to the waiter but only ended up starving an hour later. We were 4 and paid over $100 - and that was with only 2 beers!

Lobster bisque is great! Ceviche yum! And the dolphin burger is the best! And the view of the Miami river is great!
