Staff was rude all over, food was undercooked, le buchon in the grove is 10 times better. And please get an original staff shirt, that same logo has been at the tavern in the grove forever!! Seriously??

1) Proscuitto IS raw. If it's cooked, it's not proscuitto. 2) Burgers should not be ordered at a restaurant for a rating unless you want to compare it to other burger places. Take this place for what it is: a great restaurant with a vibrant atmosphere. Always a fun time. People looking to classify this place as a "French" restaurant need to understand that there aere very few items that are classic French. With that said, the one truly classic French item on the menu, the steamed mussels is a hit over and over again

I dont know why anyone would write a negative review on this place. It is over the top... I've been sending people to Georges since the grove and now it's bigger and better... Rating: Food - Excellent cooked to perfection... Atmosphere - Best place to bring friends a date or go by yourself Value - Pricey but it's gourmet food... Owner - mad man, but makes you feel like you're in a six seat bistro in Paris with his hospitality I'm in the hotel business and I've recommended this place to clients as well as bought my family here and this is one of the few places in Miami that you can go and relax and enjoy a dinner without being rushed for your table... so for those complaining about slow service.. this is how a meal should be eaten! Sincerely Loyal Customer!

We have been going to George since they first started and have been hooked since. The people the atmophere and the food are second to none. I alway find a way to infuse them in any chit chat conversation I get into about Miami. I cant wait for them to open their new restaurant in Design District in Miami.

First time I went to George's I had the Frenchie Burger and it was great. The place was packed with people waiting to get a table. The owner was all around asking people how was everything. Tonight, the Frenchie was disappointing; I asked for medium and got well done, the brie was not melted and the prosciutto was raw. French fries were soggy and cold. It was 9:30 PM on a Friday and we were seated right away . Wonder why. The owner was not around. I'm sure some people were happy. But not everybody will eat garbage and pay for it.

It cannot be a better combination of food, atmosphere and service. The owner is one of the best owners of restaurants in south Florida. Congratulations to him and his staff
