I had the Giraffas filet mignon burger. For less than $13 the burger was juicy and tender, and came with a fried egg, which seemed odd to me at first as I have never had a burger with egg. Amazingly, it worked out great. It also came with bacon, cheese and lettuce, as well as fries. They had a choice of sauces and I got 2, one of which I believe was a spicy mayo-type sauce and the other, a chimichurri. I was pleasantly surprised with the food and the fact it actually filled me up, which I was skeptical about. The only issue that night was that they were out of both the ketchup and the mustard and it seemed to take forever for them to fill it up. The fountain drink syrup had to be replaced too, and that also took a while. By the time the ketchup and mustard were refilled, my food was cold. I also had to keep getting up to check and see if they had replaced it. It would have been nice for the manager to come by and let me know when it was filled or better yet, bring me a cup with each just to impress me and show he cared. I think they should have someone check the condiments and the fountain soda, maybe once every hour, to prevent something like this from happening. I am sure that the burger would have tasted even better had it not been cold.
