Delivery service needs improvement
The restaurant is great for a quick, healthy lunch in busy Downtown Miami. Service at the restaurant is fine but the delivery service and customer service related to delivery leaves a lot to be desired. There's always one problem or another - - Person who picks up the order takes it down incorrectly; order arrives too late to actually eat it; the delivery person is lacking social skills; etc. It's a shame. I would order more often but every time I've ordered there's been a problem.

Best health food restaurant
This place has some of the best organic food in town. Their salads are unique, portions are good and overall experience was great.

Tasty and healthful
I was in the area because I had jury duty at one of the nearby courthouses. I was appalled when I got off the train and saw mostly fast food and greasy spoon style restaurants. After a brief walk around I came upon Granny Feelgood's and decided to give it a try. Very happy I did. The food was delicious, service was very good (they were very attentive to me and other lone diners--probably people also serving on juries). Sure, if you compare it to the fast food places in the area, it is a tad pricey, but that's not strange when you have table service and fresh, made to order food. I tried the grilled fish (tilapia) sandwich with sweet potato fries. The fries were very light and not a bit greasy. The fish was seasoned and cooked perfectly and they did not drown the sandwich with some a gloppy sauce. Very appreciated. If you're a vegetarian or vegan, they have several choices for you on the menu. And if you want to indulge, they had some decadent sounding desserts, which I unfortunately did not have time to try, as I had to get back to the courthouse. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely go back for another meal.

Good food but too pricy!
Food is well cooked and tasty and healthy. But I think it's too expensive. Easily for a simple sandwich you'll pay almost $10 !

Not your granny's kitchen
I used to go for breakfast (under $5). But, the cook doesn't know how to make eggs "over-easy", or "over-medium" (slimey); also, the homefries can be cooked or not so cooked. Granny's lunch menu is over-priced.
