Reviewing a Reviewer
This is to anonymous5. I'll gladly say who I am. I'm Chrissy Benoit, owner of Havana Hideout,and me and my staff bust our behinds everyday to show love to our customers. It is sad that a person who doesn’t even want to say his name, can try to do damage to an honest hard working place. He waited 25 minutes, then threw the food at my guy in the kitchen. Now as he threatened to do, he has posted this false event everywhere he can....must be nice to have so much free time on your hands huh? Thanks to all the people who support us, you are loved!

Lost Art of Customer Service
This restaurant could have a lot of positive going for it, but they have little interest in mastering the customer's experience. I ordered 2 items and waited for an hour for the food to be prepared. The bartender told me my food was being bagged up, and twenty minutes later--still no food. When I opened the box I saw that there were raisins and other ingredients that I don't eat, that weren’t listed on the menu. When I tried to exchange the item, they gave me the shaft--a cardinal sin in the restaurant industry. Beware of Havana Hideout!
