Ho Toi

My mom doesn't like this place but I like it, haha. Everything is pretty good and they never fail with portions or anything. Delivery is excellent, really fast and always great people.

We have ordered chinese takeout many times. Ho Toi is one of the few places that makes fantastic food EVERY time! The food always arrives hot, and the person bringing it is so kind! We love the sweet and sour chicken, general tsos, and broccoli and beef. The fried rice is loaded with char shu as well!

I've only ordered from this restaurant via delivery, so I can only rate their food and delivery service. Their pad thai shrimp, and house specials - House Special Pan Fried Noodles and Scallop with mixed vegetables were all very delicious! The ingredients tasted fresh, their pad thai actually had a yummy sauce compared to some of the dry/overcooked pad thai from other places I've ordered from. I love their food quality. But it's pricey compared to other places, has a big delivery fee (usually ends up being 30% of the cost of my food), and I always have to walk over to the main building to get my food. Overall I'll probably order from here again, unless I can find a cheaper place that delivers straight to my building.

I can say only this, if you like wonton grease soup and day old greasy fried rice and hard as rock chicken teriyaki then is the place to go. The wonton soup was so greasy that it looked like corn oil with wontons. The taste was unappetizing. The rice was greasy and gummy again all you could taste was the grease. The chicken teriyaki was served on a stick and that meat was so hard and dry I couldn't pull it off the stick. Mind you I have great teeth and am young so I shouldn't have to fight the meat to come off like a lion. I had taken this to go because of work lunch break, sad to say I had no lunch it went entirely to the trash can.

This is a great restaurant, always my preference for takeout. You should order from here, seriously. Their sushi is great and don't even get me started with the Orange Chicken or the Fried Rice.

the food wasn't exquisite or great or anything, it was just sort of like a quick and easy 'chinese' fix. It was okay as a fast meal. the restaurant was fine and so was the service. definitely don't go if you're expecting some type of state of the art cuisine. but it's good for takeout.

The food was ok. The service was good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, it's like fast food Chinese. Don't go in expecting gourmet though. It's really good, try it.
