Pretty good Chinese food...
Of all the places that deliver Chinese food in the West Palm Beach area, this is the best I've found so far. I've tried many others that were just plain unappetizing but overall HKE does not disappoint.

Not good
A close friend told me about this place and swore it was very good. Now I know my friend has no idea what "really good" food is. This was a severe disappointment. Moo Shu Pork was good, but the Buddahs's delight was flavorless, the Honk Kong Fried rice the same, bland rice, and nothing had any taste, the General Toa's chicken was by far the worst, the chicken was very old and had obviously been re-fried in old oil as it tasted like everything else but chicken. even the egg roll was a pre-made mess. I hate to bah a local business, but stay away from this one.

Show me better
I am in my middle 40's and have been a lover of good Chinese food most of my life. Being from the NY area I have eaten some of the best. Since I have been in south Florida I have tried many Chinese restaurants and have not liked a single one. Until I tried this one, that is. It is by far the best around. If you disagree then show me better.

Not recommended
After waiting for over an hour our delivery came. I specifically asked for extra duck sauce (got a total of 3 packets). Turned out to be enough because the food was inedible.

My favorite in West Palm Beach
Clean, great food, great value, and great service. I have probably eaten at almost every Chinese restaurant in town over the years and this is still my favorite.

Best Service and Value For Chinese Take Out
Great service for a Chinese, usually the people are extremely rude, but at this place they are very friendly :], value is great for the amount of food. The atmosphere is okay for take out, they have great seating in the back. Overall a great experience for me and i would recommend this to anyone :)

It was alright :)
I ordered take out today and it was OK food, not the best chinese Ive ever had but certainly not the worst. Really nothing too memorable. The customer service was amazing they were very clear on the phone and they delivered very quickly! I did however find the food kind of bland in taste, and the crab rangoon wasnt the traditional. I think for the quality it was a bit pricey and they didnt have pint sizes of their chicken. Overall the experience was pleasurable and Id recommend them if you dont have time to cook at home and need something quick. I do suggest using the sauces to add flavor to the food. :)
