We have been eating at Howley's 1-2 times per month since we moved to WPB last August 2011. Especially love the brunch & the spicy Bloody Mary's. Mac-n-cheese is awesome.

Very disappointing, the food had absolutely no taste and the entrees are way overpriced. This is a hip diner at best, not a restaurant. Fried chicken - $15.50 3 pieces, for that price it should have had some taste and meat on the bones, but it didn't, was basically fried, bland bones. Country fried steak - $15, no taste, but better than the fried chicken, MUCH better. Crab cakes $22.50 for 2, can't say they were great, definitely not unappetizing, way overpriced. Mac and cheese, if I were "Howley", I wouldn't brag about it, very bland. The mashed potatoes, no taste. Side veggies were good and so was the apple sauce (have to give credit when credit is due). Very friendly staff.

The food is acceptable, however the service subpar! Our server didn't know the menu and didn't know how to properly wait on customers. In fact, as I looked around the dining room I noticed a lot of displeased body language; an entire table shaking their heads, another customer sat with his arms folded defensively as his server walked away etc. Our server had the attitude that we should be grateful we were at her table. She acted as if our requests (a drink refill, a bottle of ketchup) were a great burden to her and we were being especially demanding. We will NEVER patronize Howley's again.

This is the best restaurant I've ever been to. Its a great family place the staff is very friendly and the food is amazing. I got the crab cakes and they were very fresh and full of crab. They have a full liquor bar and feature craft beers. The hours are great for partiers, late night dining or breakfast goers. The price is right for the quality and quantitiy of food you get. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Howleys is a favorite of mine for a while now. Ive almost had everything on the menu and its all been good. Try the crab hash on the breakfast menu and the blackend mahi with a crabcake on top is amazing for a dinner. Even the salads are great! The service is relaxed but always nice! Keep it real Howleys!

My friend and I ate at Howley's last night. He ordered fried chicken which he did not enjoy it while he ate it. The taste was nothing special. I ordered shepherd's pie which was nothing more than a very large stack of tasteless mashed potatoes on top of a little ground beef with canned vegetables. It wasn't even baked. The potaotes were stacked so high that I had to remove 90% of them before I found the meat. We also ordered baked macaroni and cheese which was tasteless. I use to eat at Howley's on a regular basis years ago and enjoyed it so much. Last night was a total waste of money. Very disapointed. The manager asked us how the meal was. We should have told him the truth. By the way the waitress totally ignored us.

Howleys has great food but as far as the service specially from the management is poor. I went there with a coupon and the manager wanted to charge me for the item that I was suppose to get free with the coupon. She was very aggressive and gave me various excuses why. She said the coupon was small and didn't fit all what she wanted to say, so because of that I had to pay... Anyway we'll never go back there...
