Howley's review
My friend and I ate at Howley's last night. He ordered fried chicken which he did not enjoy it while he ate it. The taste was nothing special. I ordered shepherd's pie which was nothing more than a very large stack of tasteless mashed potatoes on top of a little ground beef with canned vegetables. It wasn't even baked. The potaotes were stacked so high that I had to remove 90% of them before I found the meat. We also ordered baked macaroni and cheese which was tasteless. I use to eat at Howley's on a regular basis years ago and enjoyed it so much. Last night was a total waste of money. Very disapointed. The manager asked us how the meal was. We should have told him the truth. By the way the waitress totally ignored us.

Good food & Poor Service
Howleys has great food but as far as the service specially from the management is poor. I went there with a coupon and the manager wanted to charge me for the item that I was suppose to get free with the coupon. She was very aggressive and gave me various excuses why. She said the coupon was small and didn't fit all what she wanted to say, so because of that I had to pay... Anyway we'll never go back there...

Funky Food Place
Great comfort food spot in a 60's decor. Comfortable booths or outside dining offers a casual atmosphere to share with friends. Best mac & cheese in S. Florida. A real value for your dollar.
