    Poor service last weekend!

The food was good, but the service wasn't. The server missed my sons order so I split my meal with him instead of waiting for them to prepare it. She also failed to serve my wife the salad that came with her meal. She put it in a "to go" box after it was brought to her attention. They could use some restaffing or retraining for the servers.

Great food. service needed a little help

The food we had at our table was amazing. The fish dip has to be the best in Florida . The conch fritters to die for, a little lemon and heaven on a plate. Then we shared a chicken special with a creamy parmesan sauce and a fish and chip cooked perfectly. The only problem I had was I didn't see my server enough. Someone else brought us our salad and soup, and then a different person brought us our drinks, and then a different person with our food. Would of liked my server to been more involved if you would with my table. But other than that I will definitely be back for more of that delicious food. I plan to try everything on the menu at least once. Thanks hurricane alley for the great food.

    Not recommended

The raw oysters were warm; not ice cold!! very dangerous. the fried oysters looked like ravioli, with 90% breading & 10% hard tasteless rubber (oyster?); the waiter admitted they were long frozen! 5 5

    I'm with the last reviewer

The food is bland and un-interresting. I'm not looking for fine dining but some flavor would have been good. The location is nice and it's nice that you can sit outside.

    Disappointed

After reading all of the reviews, we thought to try it out. Other than the great location and nice welcoming service, the food was overcooked and bland. We were not impressed whatsoever!

great value in a small package

My family and I have become regulars here ever since we stumbled on it 3 years ago. All our friends that we have invited along love Hurricane Alley as well. I usually get the bisque(excellent) and the peel and eat shrimp (hot and spicy) Another favorite is their fish and chips, the best I've had anywhere. Tell you the truth, I like all their dishes that I've ordered, the atmosphere is great and the staff is wonderful.

    Doesn't Get Any Better

You would be hard pressed to find a better value these days. The Seafood Bisque is some of the best I've ever had, and their home made fish dip is to die for. I love their small town atmosphere, Andy our server made us all feel very welcome. This is a must try for everyone, there happy hour is also a plus!
