My wife and I have been there many times. One of our favorite places to go for a good steak. Our usual choice is the salad with steak in it, filet mignon I believe. We've always had great service. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is slim during the season however the valet service is free.

I went for valentine's day. When we sat down 20 mins passed before even a waitress came to take our drinks because I flagged her down! It wasn't busy because it was towards to end of the night. I ordered filet with kings butter along with the fingerling potatoes it was amazing!! My boyfriend ordered steak as well however he ordered it well done when the steak came out it was medium rare-medium. He had to send it back by the time they brought it out again the 6 cheese potatoes side that he ordered was getting cold. The food was good but the service wasn't. It was an expensive meal but the quality of the restaurant wasn't. On valentines day I think they should have been 20x's more attentive. They waiters and waitresses must have walked past us 50 times before I had to ask someone to help us.

The waiter didn't ask for drink orders. When we ordered drinks, they brought 1 of 3 orders and got it wrong. They cut one of the steaks in half before serving it. There were other problems. Disappointing service at high prices.

I feel bad writing a sour review for this restaurant because although the food was delicious, the service was absolutely poor. My family came here for a special occasion last week while we were in town and were expecting a nice meal. There were 3 tables in the restaurant being served and our waitress could not seem to give us the time of day. Our drinks did not come out until the steaks did and our waitress was cold and did not check on us once after the food was served. The food was excellent but the service we received was not worth it for $60 per person. We spent 3 hours here because the service was slow and plan on spending our money elsewhere in the future.

My boyfriend and I ate here last year. At that time, the steak he ordered was not only expensive, but tough and full of fat! We decided to give it another try this past Thanksgiving . Not only did we have to look for our server several times, but I remembered why I didn't like this place the first time we had dinner last year... The chef is very heavy handed with the salt and pepper! The soup I ordered was so salty that I couldn't eat it! (Not healthy), and the mashed potatoes had so much pepper that it burned my mouth and entire sinus cavity! This restaurant is way overpriced for the quality of food, and I'd be surprised if the restaurant stays in business much longer!!

When I arrived, I was impressed that it was in a "high-end" restaurant. As I looked at the menu I noticed the prices were quite high, but I expected them to be. I ordered the 18oz. bone-in ribeye ($39.95). From my first cut, I was disappointed. It was tough to cut and chew. I tried to cut smaller pieces, didn't help. I ate a little more than half of it. I was going to complain , but our brother-in-law was treating us, so I felt it wouldn't be right to complain. Our server was very attentive and the atmosphere was top notch.

I made reservations at the PBG location, we were seated and greeted by our server who provided us with a run-down of the menu. A different member of the staff assisted me with my wine selection but did not ask my guest if he cared for a drink. We had to flag him down after 10 minutes to order his drink. Our original waiter never reappeared to take an food order from us. After 20 minutes of watching customers that arrived after us being served food we flagged someone down and asked for our check. He arrogantly brought it to us. So for $50 I had one glass of wine from the bottle we purchased and he had one drink. The manager chased after me outside the restaurant and apologized and asked that the next time we come back to please call him and he will "take good care of us". That won't happen as I will not be returning.
