the ceasar salad dressing was just average and the lettuce wilted. The fish baked in salt and served fileted was excellent but pricey at $75. Cheese cake dessert was just ok

The food was average, our service slow as we had to ask for our waiter several times, prices are high, $48 for a special which turned out to be four scallops over spinach is outrageous! We would not recommend this eatery.

Gabbianos is my absolute favorite place to dine in Miami. From the service, atmosphere, and food, this restaurant is top of the line!

Food is not traditional Italian. When ordering a 2003 Zonchera and bieng reassured by the waiter they did have it, we were brought a 2006. Not what you'd expect to see from a restaurant of this price range.

Il Gabiano is the best European fine dining experience in Miami. The food, the ambiance, the location + THE courtious, experienced and attentive SERVICE should be an axample to many aspiring restauranteurs. Of course the location helps that "MIAMI" feeling as does generous spacing between tables and subtle backgound music and soundproofing to dampen the hustle-bustle of far above the avaerage clientelle. The prices, such an important factor these day can be summed up as very fair value for those who appreciate the quality of the food and sheer elagance of the place and particularly the staff, who after all make or break any establishment ! Il Gabiano is far above being the temporary "IN PLACE"

Best Italian restaurant in Miami. I used to go to the original Il Mulino in the Village. These are the same owners. Great quality, generous portions, superb service. Reservations a must. Cheers irina
