Amazing sushi by J.M.
J.m. Is a genius when it comes to making sushi.In my eyes he should have his own show! He always provides the best service and his sushi comes to the table looking like fine art. I applaud him and will be making many trips back in the future. " He is new to the establishment too....keep up the great work!

No service so no food
My wife and I are huge fans of Buccan so when we heard the owners were opening a new Asian restaurant next door we had to try it. We arrived at Imoto around 8 pm they have about 10 tables and they were a little more then half way full. We watched 5 or 6 waiters walk back forth from the bar to kitchen without so much as a glance in our direction. The seating is cramped and the couple next to us had the hostess and 2 waiters hovering over them tending to their every need. They were refilling their wine glass after every sip, wiping crumbs off their already clean table, and describing every item on the menu. After a full 10 minutes without being acknowledged with as much as a glass of water. We stood up left again without being noticed.
