The waitress was particularly unfriendly. 1) Once we got the check, the prices were more than in the menu. After inquiring about it, we were told that the menu is new and hence the prices were off. $5 Special drinks turned into $6.95 drinks. When the food arrived, we asked for ketchup. 5 minutes later after asking a second and third waiter, I finally got my ketchup. Definitely not recommendable.

I am a local to South Florida and love dining out. My friends and I love checking new places out, especially local neighborhood bars. JP Mulligans was a great place to go to years ago. I recently visited the establishment and was appalled by the service and etiquette of the staff. There was no hostess and ten of us walked in at a normal dining hour for dinner. None of the staff or acknowledged us upon entering the restaurant. We literally seated ourselves and waited about five minutes for even a hello. T. You couldn't even tell who worked there because the staff was dressed in regular clothes and no standard uniform. Our waitress was very rude, and seemed she didn't seem like she wanted to wait on us, and just seemed overall miserable. She took a long time bringing our drinks, the food took forever, and she didn't clean the dishes off the table, until well after we finished our meal. She eemed more interested in fraternizing with the bartender than doing her job. At one point we saw her doing shots with the bartender and she even seemed slightly off while serving us. It was a disappointing experience and I only hope that those who read this, don't have the same experience we did. We still tipped her accordingly because honestly, we felt bad for her and the owner of the establishment for having such sloppy employees running a restaurant.
