Eh
They barely deliver out of the parking lot, and the service is always miserable. Jimmy johns has some good sandwiches, but the people here are an anchor on the leg of the franchise.

Never Fresh!
I have ate at practically every Jimmy Johns from Jupiter to Miami and let me tell you, this one is the WORST! The lettuce is always brown, tomatoes & cucumbers are on the verge of rotting too and it just isn't what the rest of the Jimmy Johns are. This is the only one that I have ever had this problem at. They always mess up my order here too, I finally just gave up on this place. THUMBS DOWN on the Northlake Blvd location.

Service better than the food
Jimmy John's has super fast service. Your sub is made by the time you're done paying for it. However, the food doesn't match up to their quality of service. They do not sell hot subs, have only provolone cheese, and have a limited selection of toppings for their subs. The food is tastey despite their limited options, but it would certainly be a 100% better if they offered more options for what you get on the sub. You have to pay extra for hot peppers! Who charges for hot peppers?!
