Great veal, value
Visiting from out of town and spied this place driving around. Was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and the value. Best veal parmigiana I've had in a very long while for $11. Outstanding, highly recommended.

Not the best, but better than others.
I ordered for delivery ($10 Min, what is up with that?). The salad that I had to get to meet the $10 min was huge, fresh and the dressing was good. My sub (Eggplant parm) was, well, bland. This is not NY food. I'll give them another chance on pizza, but I'm gonna cross the eggplant parm off the list. Before I reheat the other 1/2 of the sub, I'm gonna have some work to do to give it some flavor.

Just like home
I never woulda thought this place had such great food..just like home (NYC)! It's the greatest! And the entertainment with Johnny Di Liccio made my wife and I feel like we were dining at our own family's home. The linguini w/white clam sauce was the best I've had yet. Thanks to my friend e for telling me to check this place out. What a night! God bless this place!

Where the customer is always wrong
I ordered a hot italian sub. The owner mumbled in what he called English. I got the sub to go and got home. It was ice cold. I drove back to complain and he said that the way it comes. He said he told me that. He may have said it, but, it wasn't English. Anyway it was not the way I ordered it. He took it back and wow he could give it to me hot, afterall. I got home and there was no mayo, but, a cup of italian mix. The bread was not baked inhouse, but, bought at a store, it was very very average along with the meat and the quality of the entire sub. Had a disappointing experience, poor customer service and very average sub. Should have gone to publix.

Don't let the name fool you
Don't let the name fool you... Being a native New Yorker and having dined in hundreds of "pizza places", I was truly caught off guard as I was lead to my table. The wonderful friendly atmosphere, excellent food, attentive staff and spacious yet home-like dining room made it hard to leave after the meal was over. The owners have created an overall dining and social experience which reflects old world attention to detail and sincere caring about their patrons. It was a pleasure and a treat not only to enjoy delicious hand crafted food but also to converse and connect with the wonderful folks who work hard to make John's New York Pizza a place you will want to visit often. I look forward to my next dining experience at John's New York Pizza. Cudos to my friends for introducing me to John's New York Pizza!

Chicken marsala was great
I had the lunch special; Chicken Marsala over Spaghetti, garden salad, garlic rolls & a coke for less than $10 and they gave a lot of food. I will be going back very soon.
