Placed take out order, brought home, missing some of it. Call the place, arranged to pick up the missing part the next day. The next they called in advance to inform that I'm coming to pick it up and ordered something else as well. When I showed up in the place, I had to wait for the order because they gave my order to somebody else. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction the manager just said I'm sorry. Bottom line the manager is not nice, did not want to help.

My husband and I have eaten there many times. We usually order the chicken shawarma, and it tastes great. The last time we went there I decided to get the lamb. Big mistake! The meat was tender, but extremely salty (and I am fine with some salt on my food). I tried a few bites, and realized I was not going to be able to eat it. When I called the server, he gave me the "nobody else has complained". Then a lady server chimed in along the same line. Rule number one: servers do NOT argue with customers! We are not going back there any time soon.

Best services and the quality of food is great

We are from the Middle East and live in the neighborhood. Looking for Middle eastern food. We have eaten in most of the same type restaurants (5 or more) in the Aventura area which are all good to excellent. Thought we would give Kababji a try. First the service was slow and the servers were rude. After waiting 15 minutes to see a menu the manager took our order. The first course came hummus tahina falafel and salad and pita. Everything had the same flavor...lemon. The tahina was the consistency of water. The falafel was hard as a rock. We had ask for the rest of our order...they forgot. It came 15 minutes later and was cold. One bite of swharma was one too many. We left the full plate of food and asked for the check. The manager gave us the check with an attitude and rudely stated that everyone else likes his food and he expects payment. We paid the bill and went somewhere else.

I've eaten at this place twice already and I love it!!! They have combo meals with good prices. The food is prepared with just the right amount of spices. I love the Chicken and Lamb Kebabs, the Hummus is so creamy and delicious. They serve whole wheat and/or white Pita warm and wrapped in a bread basket, nice and fresh. The salads are made with dried mint leaves and a perfectly seasoned dressing with lots of vegetables. The rice was cooked perfectly. I love the Fried Kibbeh balls and everything I had was very good. The Turkish coffee had a spice in it called coriander and it was delicious and served in a small metal pot. The service was good also and I would recommend this place. It's nice and clean.
