The wagyu with foie gras was insanely good. You put it in your mouth and it was whoa-double-rainbow time. There's a ballet of sweet, savory, gamey, melting beef and satisfaction that wash over your palette as your eating your first bite, and it just gets deeper with the next one. The crab in soy paper was a unique experience. It had a creamy/milky component to it from the soy, with rounds out the crab and dynamite sauce. The texture was unlike anything I've had before. I'm not gona say it tastes crazy good but the novelty of the dish is cool enough to recommend trying it! Miso Cod was extraordinary good. The flesh had a darker taste and more body to it compared to a butterfish. Beautifully done. The lobster dynamite and rock shrimp are beautifully presented but I can't recommend eating it more than once. When considering the price point, I was left wanting more complexity. Overall great experience!
