The hidden gem!
We found La Dolce Vita by chance one night while driving around. We decided to stop in for dinner. We are Italian from Montreal, Canada and finding authentic Italian food in the U.S. is nearly impossible. We were astounded by the quality of the food, the quaint atmosphere and the wonderful service we received. Ever since, La Dolce Vita has become our go to place when travelling to FL!! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a clean, authentic italian restaurant in the Fort Laurerdale area!! A must try!

The best Italian restaraunt
My husband and I have eaten at many restaraunts in So. Florida. We have a few that have become favorites and La Dolce Vita is right at the top of the list. We enjoy the delicious authentic food and have tried several menu items, all superb. The Homemade pasta is sooo good. The waiters, at another restaraunt I would describe as well trained - but at LDV - are doing what comes as second nature to them. They make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is that of a quaint bistro. If you enjoy good, simple Italian food, a staff that knows just the right amount of attention to give to its diners, and an atmosphere that is inviting, then you will definitely make this establishment a favorite of yours, just as we have.

Best dinner I had while on vacation!
I just got back from Fort Lauderdale, my family & I had a great dinner at La Dolce Vita, I am Italian so after eating at many places that claim they serve Italian food, is usually a joke but Dolce Vita proved me wrong, not only was the food great, the service was super and I was able to speak Italian, cause they were from Italy, you cannot get more authentic that that!!! Definately recommend it to locals and anyone in Florida on vacation. Must go and enjoy!

One of the best
Like an earlier reviewer said, go. Its new but its already starting to fill up. Reservations suggested on weekends.

Go there before it gets too crowded
New restaurant, I dined there last evening with my husband and friend. We all enjoyed the service, food and ambiance. I don't usually write reviews but this one deserves all praises because they know what they are doing. Go there and enjoy. I want them to be in business forever. Quality at a reasonable price.
