I went with my family. We have kids. We waited over an hour for our food. They didn't even send the kid's foood out. People that got there after us got served and finished their food and ours never show. We asked for the check. Our food never arrived, and no one apologized.

went there one time, for beef tapado I order two plates which came out like around 26$. the tapado was disappointing. it had no taste whatsoever like real tapado. I asked over the phone if tapado was made with coconut milk she said yes, But I was very disappointed. I ended up throwing the food away.

I eat here every so often at lunch time. The food is delicious and though i'm not Hondurian the food is familiar to me. The service could use a lot of help. even on a slow day they're slow. There is no protocol or ethics. Still don't mean you can't have great food, just don't tip.

This place has good food but the service is poor.

I like the food, but waiters there take longggg time to help you. and for the food to be ready.

For years I was reluctant to go here because of the poor experiences I had with the quality of the food until a coworker said they had changed. The food is good now, I have been there four times and every time I have had very poor customer service. The waiters and the managing staff worked very slow, and made me wait a long time making me late from my lunch break. With that attitude I guess they can afford to lose 10 customers.
