Everything was overcooked (the trout "special", chicken palliard and entrecote). The mashed potatoes and "pommes frites" were from a box and frozen, respectively. My entrecote was also served sliced!? After a night of mediocre service and subpar food, we skipped desert and ordered the check. No one came to apologize or ask if there was anything they could do until I received the check and asked them to please remove the entrecote (which was still there!) from the bill. Only then did the owner storm over and belligerently ask us what happened. I told her the about the overdone "Entrecote Avec Pommes Frites for $27" with the frozen french fries and she said this had never happened before. She also mentioned that they do not advertise homemade fries. In the end, they took the extra wine glass (that we never had) and entrecote off the bill. No apologies.
