I saw the poor reviews but chose to go because of other good reviews. The food was excellent. The service was excellent, from the young man parking cars to all the help who served us. This restaurant is for sure a be back, I'll be back!

You drive by this place and there are always a lot of cars parked in the lot. We tried it. We will NOT go back. The food is very average. We arrived 5 minutes late and the hostess gave us a hard time. Who needs that? The waiters are subpar. Guys, you are serving me food not performing surgery on me. You expect me to tip you. Try being a little nice BEFORE dessert. That game just does not work. The place has no ambiance

My husband and I took our out of town guests to Limoncello's Saturday night and, while the quality of the food was above average, our server was rude and uncooperative. We asked for garlic bread with our meal and he said they didnt have any? What? Do you mean to tell me an Italian reastuarant doesn't serve garlic bread? Also, we called ahead of time to make sure they had chicken parmesian and to confirm that this dish could be served with angel hair pasta. On both accounts we were told "Yes". However, when our guest ordered his chicken parmesian he was told by our very rude waiter that it was Saturday night and he could not substitute angel hair pasta for regualr pasta. I said but, you offer angel hair pasta with other dishes and he said, "Well that is not my concern". After seeing our reaction he said he would ask the chef. We do not believe he ever did this because, he came back much too quickly and said the chef would not give him angel hair pasta. We were insensed! As a result, I will never order physician lunces from Limoncello's every again or, set foot in that establishment myself. There are too many other superior italian restaurants to patronize who would go out of their way to provide quality customer service. A concept that Limoncello's obviously has not grasped or, cares about.

Service very slow. Had to ask for waiter. Servers were not up to the job. When meals served they did not know who got what. Prices high, portions small. Gnocci was served as a bland looking white mass without garnish. Dover sole was thin and tastless. Salads only filled 1/2 of a plate. Salmon was served with 2 very small pieces of broccoli, and 2 slivers of carrot. This is a veggise accomponiment? In short every dish of teh 8 of us was either small, poorly presented. Noise level is over the top. Even a a table for 4 impossible to hear. Design of interior has too many hard surfaces that reflect sound. Needless to say after a couple times there this is and will be our last
