Ready for prime time
Love this restaurant. We had the Pargo a la Tipitapa (fried snapper), Churrasco, and Indio Viejo (corn meal with shredded beef). All were delicious. The service was prompt and unobtrusive. The place has good clean decor, great light, and a festive, family atmosphere; no pretense. My only suggestion is to remove the glass covering the tablecloth (yes, add expense, but it is much nicer). I highly recommend it.

visited few nicaraguans and I found this place to be one of the best, great food value and service
