Our first time at this restaurant and second visit to singer island. Couldn't have been happier with max and eddies, especially since it was a shot in the dark. Everyone in my party was very happy with their food. one waitress and one bus boy but they were both quite attentive and quick to check on any needs for the table, restaurant was almost full that night. Glad we went there, try it yourself! Better than both places across the street in the strip mall.

When visiting West Palm Beach, we have visited Max and Eddies every year. The food is always absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is homey and welcoming. Our visit this year was no different....The veal parm was generous and outstanding, the wine chilled and the warm bread and olive oil with freshly grated cheese a pleasant surprise.....YES....go to Max and Eddies!

Staff extremeley attentive, great menu for all, traditional and more. My family loved the lasagna, raviloi's and pasta with vodka sauce. However I was very disappointed in the linguini and clams with red sauce. The clams were fresh, but the sauce was buttery, salty and definitley not a tradional red clam sauce. I eat and cook for health and this was unappetizing. I will return again, not only to order anyhing that has marinara sauce only.

I have always loved this place when I'm in town for business travel. I went twice this week and was disappointed in the food quality. I could have cook a better meal myself. I hope they find a new cook soon.

It has been a few years and my memories were better than this recent experience. Owner/Manager has always been lost, but the food and service well made up for him. This trip will be our last. Waitress helper was polite and right on cue. Waitress was over burdened and rude. Promised to be right back and never showed, I had to find her. On more than one occasion she asked us if we were going to order or wanted to leave. She did this with other tables also. The food was nothing I could not have done at home better. The sauce for my son's dinner tasted burnt, and all the pasta sides were tasteless and over cooked. We even had to take care of check ourselves. We will not return.

We have been eating at this restaurant since it was Don's back in the 80's. We have never been disappointed. The last time that we were there in February 2011, we had wonderful veal dishes. We can't think of a better Italian place.

Our first time. Excellent quality. Table side shaved Parmesan cheese with EVOO and warm garlic focaccia bread- a meal in itself. Salad was fresh and cold with delicious house vinaigrette dressing. Mussels as an appetizer were in a light pink sauce. Osso bucca done to perfection - well worth the $. the only disappointment... no sambucca for the espresso. Beer and wine only. cant wait to return next year!
