Excellent
Coming to Singer for the 5th year and we just discovered this place. Great food and atmosphere!Wish they had told us when we ordered gorgonzola salad that it was super large ! Would definitely go back and can enthusiastically recommend!

Great Italian Restaurant
I've been to Max & Eddie's many times and I can honestly endorse this restaurant for the quality of food, service and the wine list. I often recommend it or will join our new friends there for dinner. Never judge a book by its cover,and it will come as no surprise when you walk through the doors. A little bit of Italy, here on the island.

What a great Italian Restuarant.
We stayed at the Marriott in August and decided to try a new restuarant. The hotel recommended Max and Eddies. What a great choice the food and wine was excellent . The atmosphere not fancy but quaint. I would definitely go back next time I visit the island.

pretty good
Food was pretty good but the wine recommendation was excellent. They have a Tuscan Chianti by the glass that was great.

What a disappointment!
My wife and I have been coming to Singer island for a long time and this has always been a favorite until now. We went on 8/9/10 @ 9 pm. We told them we were very happy to be back again. A very tall waiter who thinks he knows wine gave us a sweet filled glass of white after I mentioed something dry. Next ordered the veal and Chicken Rollotini. Chicken was good, Veal was over cooked so to hide it they drowned it in a white sauce. At this point we have not let them know how disappointed we were. Here comes the clintcher...we are not asked about dessert or coffee but instead handed the check in silence. Folks out there may say we are being to picky but as a former restaurant owner and a former fan of Max and Eddies, this trip was a disappontment.

Great place
We stayed at the Marriott on Singer Island and have always enjoyed our visits to this excellent restaurant. Osso Buco there is the best I've ever had. Remarkable winelist.

Good, cooked to order Italian food
Fooed was delicious. Stuffed veal chop was excellent, pizza was great, veal was delicious. Service was very friendly and inviting. Would go back!
