A one and one half meatball sub

This is my 4th time eating there--and my last. I ordered a meatball sub and when i got it home there were 3 halves of meatball on the whole sub. REALLY? RIP off. Same stuff happened at early bird. I went early (to fill tables at hours that are slow) 4-6 pm $11.99 I ordered the Chicken Francaise. I get one thin cutlet. Im like wth? she says well its the early bird. LOOK early bird is not meant to change the amount but to have customerscome at slow times... and a limited menu at DINNER portions. If i wanted a lunch portion I shouldve been given a lunch price. They dont have a clue. Theyre trying to save on portions and its too bad because the food isnt that bad. SAD to see.But the kicker is when i clled the kid says..There shouldve been 4 halves. really? 2 meatballs on the whole sub it was mostly bread. idiots

    Masters of Undercooking

Milano's has the potential to be good, but they're quite careless with their cooking times. Their tomato sauce tastes good, but that isn't the key to their dishes. Pizzas are often soggy, particularly specialty pizzas. Their sweet potato fries are often still raw in the center even when ordered well done. One of their cooks is truly clueless because I have had good food come from there, but that cook is underutilised because most of the time, things are barely cooked through. Their main cook has no clue of cooking times.

    Great Food.

My family has eaten at milano italian grill many times. The food and service was great. The pizza's are as close as one can get as a ny style pizza.

    Not recommended

I stopped after work yesterday and picked up 2 Chicken Parm Hero's and took them home for dinner. As we started eating, my husband pulled out a large piece of uncooked chicken. As I looked at both Hero's, I noticed most of it looked uncooked and tasted weird. I called the restaurant immediately and they offered to deliver 2 new sandwiches. When the Owner came with the sandwiches, he was arguing with me that the sandwiches MUST be cooked, "he never get complaints!" I told him to take them back to his kitchen, and LOOK at them! The new sandwiches were unappetising, the sauce was acidic, the chicken was tasteles. Needless to say, the owner never called me to tell me the chicken was cooked.

    Good Food

Had marsala, was very good, and the pizza is good as well. Have been there a few times and will make it a regular stop

    Poor food!

To start the pizza dough is old and stale the peperoni is the greasiest and cheap, the sprinkle of some kind of herb gives the pizza a taste that makes the whole thing worse, terrible. The price is high and totally not worth the food they prepare. I will never eat anything there again they should be ashamed to call their restaurant Italian!
