    Not recommended

    My girlfriend and I order from this place every so often. The only reason we order from this place at all is because it's the only pizza place that has any type of Italian food, other than pizza. Although the food isn't that great, and the store is dirty, we had never had an issue with service before, not until last night that is. We called to order food and we were told to hold in twice, once being hung up on. The second time I called back the girl took my order and I had to repeat myself many times to finally place my order. Once my order was placed she told us delivery could be anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour, I said ok no problem. An hour and 35 minutes rolls by and no pizza. I called and asked to speak with a manager and I was informed that he doesnt speak English and couldn't come to the phone. Now I'm all for people trying to make a way in this country, but when I have been waiting for almost 2 hours for food that isn't worth waiting 20 minutes for, you should be able to communicate with your customers. Finally after 5 minutes of talking to his translator the manager gets on the phone and tells me that " he is not going to give me my money back, it is their policy not to" I explained to him again that I didn't take delivery of the food and that he needs to give me my money back and that I wouldn't of excepted the food Even if it was free. He decided to hang up on me, even though I didn't use foul language or yell at him. I manage a restaurant and if I treated my customers this way, there would be no restaurant.
