    Not recommended

I normally do not do reviews but I was surprised so much by my dinner yesterday that I felt I needed to. We started with appetizer Bruschetta and Calamari... Bruschetta was unappetizing, the bread was soggy and was just thrown together. Calamari was ok but had zero flavor. The baked ziti was the most disappointing dish of all, it had so many things thrown in it that it looked like a bunch of leftovers. My Chicken mamma rosa tasted like nothing, the chicken was dry and had a grey color. So disappointed that 4 dinners and they were all equally poor. Surprised that the restaurant was as crowded as it was... Staff was nice !

Poor service, incorrect order, charged for refills

This is the first and last time we will visit this location. Our food was good but took forever to order and my wife's food was wrong and the waitress blamed the kitchen. We ate and got refills on our drinks since they were watered down waiting for her correct order. No apology but charged for 4 drinks when there were only two of us but the manager did nothing but took the two drinks that shouldn't have been charged in the first place.p, not to mention they are not even listed on he menu. The manager could have discounted the appetizer or something but just took off the two extra drinks. Food was good but not worth the lousy service.

    Not my problem

I just went to Nick's to order two take outs of eggplant rollatini appetizers the internet menu says that the price is 5.95 but the bill was 7.50 for each order. I let the waiter know there was a difference and he called over the owner that said he had no control over the internet and the price was 7.50.......I wasn't asking for a discount I just wanted someone to know that there was something wrong with the ad on the internet I felt like I was someone looking to complain instead of bringing a mistake to the owners attention.....I left wondering what I did wrong? What I remember about my father was when a customer had a problem they were important enough to say that you appreciate their concern and please excuse the mistake, we will take care of it. Would you like a glass of wine on us or perhaps a credit for the difference.....something to let the customer know they are important. I was not important to them. Eggplant was good but the attitude left a bad taste in my mouth.

    Food quaility falling

Went last night for dinner. Bruscetta was great, roasted garlic great! Salad was great! But it has gone down hill from there in mho. All sauces are vegetarian unfriendly as chicken base used in even the marinara! Hope you aren't allergic to chicken! Got the pasta primavera which was tasteless and don't expect fresh grated cheese because they don't have that anymore!

We can smell it from 3 states away

We have been going to Nicks for years and love it. Even after moving to SC we make sure to stop at Nicks whenever we are in town.

    Poor service

Recently moved here from Cleveland, Ohio..live near Nick's have been there 5 times and each time the most unfriendly disinterested servers I have ever experienced. I am not sure if the food is good or not because I am so disappointed by the end of the meal by the servers that I completely forget the food..Will never return
