I just went to Nick's to order two take outs of eggplant rollatini appetizers the internet menu says that the price is 5.95 but the bill was 7.50 for each order. I let the waiter know there was a difference and he called over the owner that said he had no control over the internet and the price was 7.50.......I wasn't asking for a discount I just wanted someone to know that there was something wrong with the ad on the internet I felt like I was someone looking to complain instead of bringing a mistake to the owners attention.....I left wondering what I did wrong? What I remember about my father was when a customer had a problem they were important enough to say that you appreciate their concern and please excuse the mistake, we will take care of it. Would you like a glass of wine on us or perhaps a credit for the difference.....something to let the customer know they are important. I was not important to them. Eggplant was good but the attitude left a bad taste in my mouth.

Went last night for dinner. Bruscetta was great, roasted garlic great! Salad was great! But it has gone down hill from there in mho. All sauces are vegetarian unfriendly as chicken base used in even the marinara! Hope you aren't allergic to chicken! Got the pasta primavera which was tasteless and don't expect fresh grated cheese because they don't have that anymore!

We have been going to Nicks for years and love it. Even after moving to SC we make sure to stop at Nicks whenever we are in town.

Recently moved here from Cleveland, Ohio..live near Nick's have been there 5 times and each time the most unfriendly disinterested servers I have ever experienced. I am not sure if the food is good or not because I am so disappointed by the end of the meal by the servers that I completely forget the food..Will never return

We don't get out alot, but for 14th wedding anniversary we enjoyed a fantastic meal. Veal marsella was super. We had more fun than we've had in a while. Great evening. Thanks

Great hot fresh bread with garlic. House salad is excellent. I have been going for 10 years. Prices seem to have outpaced inflation, but still reasonable. Bring the kids to draw on the tables.

Their tomato soup is by far superior to any other, BUT they don't always have it. Seems unintelligent not to have daily what everyone likes most. We would go more often if the tomato soup was a daily item instead of every three weeks. Some prices seem too high, like plain spaghetti, plates are heaping unless ordering veal. everything is well prepared and delicious. Long wait in line during Season. Manager CAN be snippy (only asked why we couldn't find the listing in the Yellow Pages) but the rest of the staff is always pleasant. We've been going for many, many years.
