Ninja Spinning Sushi Bar
Posted by Taipi on 07/04/2014
Is the best sushi I've ever had? Maybe not. But in Florida, this place takes the cake. Make sure you call ahead because this place gets slammed during happy hours, which is how you know their fish has gotta stay consistently fresh. Their salmon is my favorite and the rolls are packed up all the way.

Where has this place been all my life? The sushi here is legit. We actually saw the chef slicing it up and filleting the fish right in front of us. They got an enormous sushi bar that literally spins around. I went during happy hour and everything was quick and only 3 bucks.

I was at this place last night with my husband for our anniversary and I have to say I'm amazed at the poor reviews because this place is great. I bet they listened to the poor ratings and made the changes. My hubby and I are sushi lovers and we know many sushi places around boca and I have to say the sushi there is absolutely amazing! One of those places you want to go everyday. I have to say they need to do a little better on the service, it wasnt inattentive but they can do better. The food is magnificant!

It was my birthday, we called ahead to ask if we needed a reservation. They said its dead on sundays. We went in, completely slammed. After waiting for a table for 4 at the sushi counter. We asked at least 4 different waiters and wait staff 27 times for water, sake, utensils, sake cups ect.The sushi was good, but at times the cooks were waiting until all the sushi no one wanted to eat was picked off the boats until replacing or putting new sushi. I felt like 90% of the sushi were shrimp tempura rolls with cream cheese. To top it off giving the sushi a 4 for taste. I give them 1 star. completely unorganized. they need a manager to manage wait staff. To top it off after we were a bout to leave the table we were finally asked if we needed more water. What is the point? We asked 27 times previously and had to make our own plates and they never brought any soy sauce plates, napkins, or utensils the entire time we ate. What a disappointing birthday experience.

Sushi here is very good. We rarely sit at the bar but they do have the cool moat of boats and food at it. Service is great.
