Value with Prime Card
Even though Jonathan Eismann was opening his new restaurants a few blocks away, the food at Pacific Time was as delicious as ever. All the dishes were fresh and savory. The only "gray" mark was that they were short staffed that night so the service was not as great as it usually is. The really plus side is the fact that one is not charged for sparkling water; it is on the house. Try it!!

declining
ate here earlier in the year and it was superb, with a great low-key ambiance. the ambiance remains, but the kitchen has hit the skids. the food was utterly mediocre--under or overcooked and the kitchen seemed chaotic. clearly chef eismann was not in residence. sad to see the place hit the skids this fast.
