Ordered a lot from them but their quality decreased while their attitude increased. Stopped ordering take out. Wrong time in history to be nasty to customers...

Went in for a pizza and a meatball sandwich. Neither was very good, in fact the meatball sandwich was a rip off. Now I come here and see the two reviews below and wish I had seen them before I went.

Pali's opened, was fairly okay. Each month after, the food went downhill and so did the service. The undercooked pizzas are kind of pathetic. The owners get pretty darned rude with the customers. The chicken wings, while cooked nicely (if you like them unbreaded), are TOO HOT --- and that's their "MILD". They are not inedible unless you are one of those who like those extreme HOT wings. Their subs....oh, noooo.....their subs are simply skimpy and they come on a glorified hot dog bun.

Since coming to FL, I've been on the quest for good or decent pizza. I've tried couple places according to reviews and yet I've been disappointed each time. Pali's seemed like a different place. They don't claim to be NY style which was a relief since so many other places do and are nothing like NY pizza. The selection was few and simple. No fuss. This attracted me because I thought that this meant that they put a lot of focus on the pizza. It was said to have warm comfortable service and employees who work really hard to make a great product. I had delivery - the order taker and deliverer wasn't rude, but they seemed sort of "out of it." I got the Margherita pizza since so many reviewers claimed it was outstanding. When I opened the box, I thought "What the heck is this?!" It didn't taste like an authentic Margherita and it definitely did not look like one too. How can you mess up a simple pizza? The crust was extra limp, still light in color, the cheese was shredded, the basil was few and burned, couldn't taste any garlic, couldn't taste the parmesean, and the tomatos were barely there and unflavorful. Menu said it was supposed to be fresh plum tomatos, but it seemed like regular tomatos from grocery store. It was basically dough, cheese and olive oil. I was angry throughout the day because I've done intensive research to find this place. If they can't get a Margherita right, then I don't think their regular pizza would stand a chance. I do have to say that prices are lower than some pizza joints, BUT to have to pay that amount for such quality, then I think you're better off going somewhere else.
