Poor Service
No matter what time of the day or evening you come in, you are greeted by surly employees who take forever to fill your order, never greet you with a smile and generally act like they are doing you a favor to wait on you. The Panera on Northlake is far better as far as service goes, plus they have a neat fireplace that's cozy to sit by. PGA staff is just unacommodating and doesn't seem to get any better. If you come in when they are busy, forget it - it's even worse.
