Great BBQ
Being from TN I know good BBQ and they definitely have it. I ordered the brisket and baby back ribs both were exactly what I wanted not to mention the mashed potatoes and collard greens are just like mom would make. I love this place! If you haven't eaten here, you need to!

so so-ish
We arrived on a quiet night hoping that since there was no competition, we'd get the best from the grill. Well it wasn't all bad, but it wasn't what I was expecting for Southern Barbeque (I'm a northerner). The size of the ribs were smaller than I expected, the slight dryness of the pulled pork was masked by a lot of sauce...yeah basically sauce is the key here. Really, anything taste good with lots of sauce. I was really hoping for a charcoal, smoky, flavored wood taste from all the meats. Some of the meat was moist and other cuts were somewhat overcooked. Even though where I live doesn't have much traditional American barbeque to rave about, I can say that I've had much better grilled meats from a Korean restaurant and better ribs from local Chinese markets. I'm not really enticed in coming back to this place. It's alright for a non picky meat lover, but also a good idea to explore your other options for BBQ.
