    Good service. Pizza could be better

    We ordered the house special. The guy on the the phone said 45 min, it was here in 30. Good pizza, but all the toppings were piled in the center - spread them out a bit! Otherwise great!!

    Satisfied family!

    Cheese pizza, 2 house salads and antipasta. Pizza was delish - little boys thanked me after every bite. Salads, diverse & crisp ingredients. House dressing was WOW, tangy & sweet with perfect spices. When I picked up my order, everyone I spoke to was engaging and neighborly.

    What Happened To Customer Service?

    The people answering the phones are rude. They leave you on hold, hang up on you and the food is definitely not was to used to be.

    Not recommended

    My husband and I have been ordering from this place for over a year now, the food used to be good. It has really gone down a lot. Food is unappetizing. Now wait time is just rediculous. Last night (on a week night) we ordered a pizza and rigatoni alla vodka they said 30-45 min. It took well over an hour and the food was all luke warm the pasta was not made correctly and the garlic rolls were hard as a rock. I have a toddler and he can't eat that. The past 4 times we have gotten food from them it's been wrong or unappetizing. One time the driver didn't have change for a $20. We won't be giving them business any more!

    Not recommended

    First off, the staff was unprofessional! We arrived and were instructed to sit wherever we want. We chose the "cleanest" table meaning: the one with less garbage still on the table. Even then the table is sticky from the previous patrons that had sat there. Second, the waitress who took our order took it upon herself to try to memorize our order instead of writing it down. (Oh yeah, she ended up forgetting to give up the garlic bread until AFTER we were done eating.) And we had to remind her. Third, the food was unappetizing I got the chicken Alfredo (spaghetti) and my significant other got the stuffed calzone (bacon, pepperoni and mushroom). The pepperoni wasn't fully cooked, and my pasta was room temp and bland. How do you mess up keeping the food HOT? We regret coming here. It's our first and last time of ever dining at this restaurant.

    Not what it used to be

    This used to be a great little slice of Italy. Good cook, good amiable waitresses (during the day, anyway). I used to eat lunch there a couple of times a week. Then it went downhill. None of the old regulars eat there anymore. I miss the old place.

    Unimpressed with service / food

    We visited last night and brought two friends along to introduce them to what we "thought' was our favorite place for pizza. Our last visit was a few months ago. Imagine how embarrassed we were when: 1. The server brought the wrong drink, even though it was thoroughly described to her (a bottle of Budwiser). 2. The server didn't know there was a House Special 7-item pizza on the menu. 3. The dine-in area had one other table with dine-in customers. We ordered 1/z doz garlic rolls, half were old, burned on the bottom and tough to eat rolls. 4. The pizza order took so long that we placed an order for anti-pasta to keep us going in the meantime. The server acknowledged the order, but NEVER brought out the anti-pasta until the pizza was ready. Should've sent it back, but wanted to let the "newbies" taste it, so we brought it home for them. 5. The pizza crust was tough, burned on the bottom and a bit gooey on top, and the toppings were scarce, although we ordered "double" peps and cheese. Where did Ali go? We need to find him! He knew what we wanted as soon as we walked in the door, and he made a PERFECT pie everytime. Now that's worth Recognition and Praise these days! Doubtful that we will return. So very disappointing, especially when we brought "first-timers" in to try it.
