Me and my wife ate at Pega Grill last Friday for lunch. We did not have a reservation and the restaurant was full. A waiter approached us right away and told us we would be seated in about 5 minutes, and suggested that we have a glass of wine. My wife had an excellent sauvignon blanc and I had a great Greek beer, Mithos. We got a table within minutes. The menu included a wide variety of interesting dishes including Salads, Dips, Wraps, burgers, fresh fish and lamb. There were also a lot of specials. We ordered a combination of Greek dips that included hummus, eggplant dip, tzatziki, and spicy feta as an appetizer. My wife had grilled salmon and I had a gyro, we shared an unbelievable Greek salad. The food was fantastic and the service was great. We shared an order of baklava for dessert. We Love the place and will definitely be back.

In our recent trip from New York to Miami last week, we thoroughly enjoyed our tzatziki dip and the grilled chicken kebab. For dessert, the Kourabiedes with cappuccino completed an excellent lunch. We very seldom post reviews but this time we were impressed to the point that we decided to do so.

That was an embarassment to Greek food. the chicken was dry and flavorless. the potatoes were hard and flavorless. The tsoutsoukakia were strangely flavored, certainly not like my mom used to make. "xoris rigani" is an expression in Greek. It means "without oregano". It implies something a whole lot worse than tasteless.

This location has been many failed restaurants but this one is a winner. Great salads, gyros, and appetizers.
