Not recommended
Do yourself a favor and pass on this place. Got take out from the available online menu, and of course 1/2 of what we ordered was not offered anymore - placed order in plenty of time for the 9.95 earlybird, and was charged 12.95 for a basic boxed lunch. After being told 3 times that all that was ordered were in our take out, we got home to no salads and bread being included. Others in our party who ordered sandwiches complained of the fries being cold & wet, plus the sandwiches tasted of old grease and nothing more Don't eat here. A total rip, and food quality is poor.

Best food in town for the prices
A lot of people had given mixed reviews about Pep's in the past few years, but the last couple months they have really stepped up their game as i have eaten there a few times within the past year and nevr had a bas meal. The food quality has improved drastictly as it seems they had hired a new head Chef a few months back and they food quality has never been better. Giving great food for great prices. They're really starting to improve and i havn't had a bad meal yet! The specials change every day and for ten dollars you just can't beat that around here!

Not recommended
I have never cared enough to write a review, however, this place was exceptionally disappointing. It would be really good if you liked seafood gumbo that resembled Ragu tomato sauce. Shrimp quesadilla: unappetizing. Chicken pizza: bland, mediocre at best. Basically don't eat here.

Come for the early bird
The inside seating is not very appealing, but the big deck is the draw when the weather permits, if you don't mind the road traffic noise. The seating is haphazard at best. No one seems to be in charge and they allow singles to sit at full tables for 4. We finally got an outdoor table when the single who lingered over a book left. We had to commandeer it ourselves and flag down a server. No one else was waiting. Our server was overwhelmed and none too efficient, with a long long wait to get our drinks. She was pleasant enough. The food at early bird is a real bargain and tasty. It might not win awards, but the menu is varied and properly prepared. A good value.

Great Seafood
Great seafood dishes. Zukini a great strater. $10 dollar dinner menu specials. Island motif.

Great food
We go occasionally during the early bird special hour. The menu is varried and the quality of the food is quite high. The service is average but that's a compliment as most service is good. During evening hours it becomes a little pricy but not outrageous Highly recommended.
