Very dissapointing!!!!!
For all the hype, Phillipe did not live up to it. Overpriced Chinese food with nothing special. Nothing I can't find at any neighborhood Chinese restaurant. Service was lack uster. Bus boys did a great job, but the waiter was absent.

The Best of the Best
From the minute that you step inside of Phillipe, located at the Gansevoort South Hotel in Miami Beach, you instantly fall in love. From the sleek red, black, and white decor, to the homogenous uniforms of the waiters, the attention to detail is perfect. So much so can be said for the menu, which offers much variety. The best things on the menu are their traditional chicken satays in a creamy peanut sauce, their peking duck spring rolls with plum sauce, thier cripsy beef, all of their dumplings, and best of all their red velvet cake for dessert. I've never left Phillipe displeased with the service, the ambience, or the food. I would definately recommend it to all of my friends.
