I don't really venture down to Miami too often, but while visiting a buddy in Miami Springs, I reluctantly agreed to eat Chinese Food for dinner, it's not easy finding good Chinese food!! I was pleasantly surprised by the healthy portions and delicious flavored offered by the Ping House. Gotta try the Szechuan chicken, I don't know what type of sauce they use, but it's sweet and just has the right kick to it! Yum-O!

What a delightful suprise! We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 & 1/2 hour dinner. The chicken wings, crab rangoons, egg drop soup, spring rolls, general tsao's chicken & szcheun pork were delicious! The service was excellent. Yes, its atmosphere is a little dated, but it's neat & clean. A cozy quaint place. I am a chef... Truly delightful...My compliments to the chef! We are visiting from Michigan.

I have lived and worked in the area for more than 30 years. I've been eating at Ping House, almost as long. The restaurant is outdated, the staff is so-so and the food, well it's alright for the price. Don't expect much and you will be satisfied.

I've been working at the Miami Int'l Airport for the past 5 years and have only recently discovered Ping House through the recommendation of a friend. Though their service may not be the best, I was pleasantly surprised once I tried their food. The Ping House has some of the best Chinese food I've ever tasted in all of my 35 years living in the Miami Springs area. This is one of those small mom and pop shops that really give their customers the most bang for their buck. The food is fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. I tried the Mongolian Beef and Seafood Combo with Pan Fried Noodles. Bother were excellent and I highly recommend this place if you're ever in the area.

Me and my girlfriend have been coming to the Ping House for years and we both love the food. If you ever come here on a Saturday night, you would see how packed it gets! (a very good sign) Though their service may not be the best, the food certainly makes up for it. My favorite is their special fried rice and their general tsao's chicken. If you never been before, I highly reccommend it.

Food at Ping-House in Miami Springs Florida is fair to poor quality. After ordering the three star crown I received mostly onions, green peppers, and a whole lot of celery plus four mushrooms and 3 small shrimp and everything was over cooked and felt reheated, plus white rice. Price $10.95 plus tax and tip. Had to keep asking for tea and paper napkin which is all that is free aside from water which I asked over and over and never got. In an attempt to get more shrimp and Chinese vegetable I was told it would cost $1.50 a shrimp and they had no other vegetable. I do not recommend Ping-House.
