What did you expect?
I nearly didn't try this business after reading a somewhat scalding review, but was glad I did. Some folks might visit the Lower Keys and have misguided expectations. This place serves great food (for the type of business that it is) and is an excellent value. I would not hesitate to recommend Pizza Works and I will be back soon. I think the difference might be that my family and I spend alot of time on Big Pine and like the pace and people here!

Poor service
Poorest customer service I have ever experienced! The manager took our order and failed to ever mention pricing or even help us with our order. Our bill came to $70 for 3 pizzas. While the pizza was yummy, the service was terrible! We called after the delivery to inquire about the price and what we ordered incorrectly to drive the price so high. Instead of a friendly explanation and good customer service, the manager hung up on us twice. She refused to speak with us about the misunderstanding. Not once did we request a refund, yet we still received nothing but attitude and poor customer service.
