Good food, poor customer service
I go there ocasionally because the food is good and their icecream is the best in US, but the customer service is poor. They make you wait forever even before they take your order. Sometimes employees are talking and laughing in your face and they are shameless ignoring you. They really need to have more respect for their customers, especially when a customer is trying to make a take out order they should consider that most likely, that customer is in a hurry, so don't make him wait for no reason.

Bad customer service
Today my family and I went there for lunch. The service subpar super slow, the food!!! We ask a frita cubana and it looked like a car drove over it with a unappetizing presentation. A familiar pizza 1/2 ham & 1/2 chorizo and the waiter never reviewed the order and when the pizza came it was chorizo and onion. I ask for the manager in order to talk to him about it and he looked upset with my complaint. He said that the frita looks like that. He didn't even say "I'm sorry". I felt that I was wrong. I have been there like 4 more times but today was the last one at least in the Hialeah store. I don't recomend that restaurant to nobody.

Out of this world!
The food is spectacular! Great sevice! And you'll always leave wanting to come back for more. Definitely a 10. Never have I tried something there and haven't loved it.

The best pizza
I've been here only one time, but I'm defenitily coming back. I only tried the ice cream and the pizza so far and my goodness the pizza its just like the one back at home (the old times)....the best.
