Poor customer service
I was a regular customer until they change there menu and with the economy the way it is I don't see why a customer can not order a meal with two of the same order and have to pay for the extra side that is included in the meal.

Great food
I have eaten at the restaurant and have enjoyed the atmosphere and food but I order delivery many times and food is great.

Great Lunch Spot
If you are around the Miami lakes ,or Palm Springs North area you must stop and try Polo Norte variety of cuban food, cuban pizza, deserts, and my favorite there mouuth watering garlic rolls. The service is outstanding, fast service for lunch, and always enjoy there clean suroundings .
