    Can't get get better

I would not go anywhere else in the world for Italian food if they offered it free. This place has been around forever and is the best you can get. Love it, love it, love it.

    Chicken franchese the best

We went in to the resturant around 7:30 pm. Had to wait about ten minutes, given it was summer, was a good and bad thing, most resturants are not busy in summer, but having to wait meant maybe it was a good thing. And it was, we were seated, greeted right away, got water and wonderful garlic rolls, and plain ones too,but the garlic rolls were too die for. Our waitress came over right away and asked us if we wanted a drink, we ordered the two for one house wines, and were very happy to see the glasses were full, and they were big glasses, and the wine was good.We ordered chicken franches, got a side of broccoli and the porto bella mushroom soup, which to be honest was a meal in it self, so great. The other dish we ordered was veal maddelena, it also came with a soup or salad, we ordered the salad, very crisp, but just lettuce, tomato and cucumber, with the house dressing which was really good. We ate our soup and salad, and our dinner did not come out until we were done with our soup and salad, which was great, because we were not in a hurry at all. We were able to dine and not be rushed, and our waitress stopped by our table a number of times, to refill our drinks and make sure we had enough rolls. When our food came out, we not only had our waitress, but another one came with our side dishes, so all of our food came at the same time.I have to say that all of the staff seemed to work in sync with each other, we needed more sauce and asked a passing waitress, and instead of her saying i'll get your waitress, she got us what we wanted. After we were done, we were offered dessert, but we took home almost half of our food, so we didn't have room for anything. We were presented with our check, and remembered that we had a coupon, and as sometimes what happens when you give a coupon, you kind of get an attitude from the wait person. We did not get a feel at all that we were being annoying because of our coupon, and our waitress immediatly came back with the corrected check. All in all, we had a great dining experience, and left more than full, and with enough food left over for the next day. We will for sure return, and with friends. Great food, great service and great value. And it is a very homey comfortble place

    Good Pizza worth the negatives!

This busy restaurant is tucked away in a non-retail portion of the shopping center. We were seated outside which provided a nice breeze and smoke from other tables. The server must have forgotten about us as it took forever to give and recieve our orders. The busboy was a pill and wasn't willing to refill our water glasses. Once the food arrived, we forgave the service and atmosphere and tucked in to a wonderful full bodied well portioned pizza and healthy salad. I'd go back, but only if I had lots of time to just kick back.
