Great pizza
We buy pizza and/or pasta from Primo's once a week. We either do take out or eat in the restaurant. We love the food, service and atmosphere.

Poor customer service
I order from Primo's atleast once a week. Usually delivery takes long but pizza taste good. This time though, the girl who took down my phone number & address got everything wrong. After an hr I called to check to see why the pizza hadnt gotten there. A worker blamed everything on me that i gave my information wrong. I think i would know where i live & my phone number. Then he told me other customers were waiting on their deliveries so they couldnt deliver mine. I was in shock on how i was blamed for everything. Never again would I even pass by there.I was incredibly insulted especially when my family & I were loyal customers.

Do not order delivery
Do not order for delivery, I always do take out and the pizzas are ready on time and don't take more than 15 min. Today I made the mistake of ordering it to be delivered, it took an hour and a half, the driver got lost, never called me, when the restaurant finally agreed to give me the driver's number he was long gone to a different development with my food!! I told him to take it back to the restaurant. The manager didn't even apologize!
