Disappointing customer service
I will never go back to this place again. I was siting there for almost 15 minutes and they didn't even put water on the table. so disappointed.

Great food and ambiance
I have been here many times, and let me just say the food is delicious! easily the best churrasco i've ever had. it comes served on a wooden plank and tastes wonderful with the fried plantain and "yuca." I've also had the fried fish, which is served upright. it is an entire fish deep fried and served with a salad for those who want to try something different. the decor of this place is like no other !!! there are some of the most eccentric things i have ever seen, everything from a fake cow in a tree, to bicycle hanging from the roof. the music is good too, they play mostly spanish, but also classic american songs and music videos. the only complain is the noise, its often very loud in there on a weekend, but still always have a great time.

Pueblito Viejo ROCKS!
Ok so basically this place is amazing. the food is extremelly good, there's like this familiar atmosphere, the shows are great (specially the guy that sings like old songs, he has a beautiful voice) the waiters are super fun they make you laugh and they treat you the best way they can. In conclusion it's a wonderful experience and you'll love this restaurant

This place is no good
Honestly, I've been here many times, and the food is subpar at best. It's consistently luke warm, and tastes as if it's been sitting out a while. The service, as paula says, is ALWAYS incompetent. They've brought the wrong food, and taken orders down incorrectly. This has happened more than once. I'd really save my money if I were you, and head some place else.

Poor service.
I’ve been there a handful of times. The food is decent but what draws people to this restaurant is the live entertainment. So be aware: the performers are always the same, they never start on time, and consider yourself lucky if you get to watch one performance during a 3-hour dinner. You will, however, have to endure poor service as waiters rush to service as many tables as they can.
