I have been to the restaurant twice and was very happy with the service and quality of the food. My family offered me a Birthday party with my closest friends and all of them were very pleased with the quality of the wine, food and the service. We were there on a Wednesday and they had live music. Tony is a great singer and know how to animate a party. Alvaro, The manager did an awesome job and William, the lead server was excellent.

As an initial matter, I have no idea why the other reviewer had such a terrible experience at Puerto Madero. I have never had an issue there, nor does Puerto Madero's green lettuce, green "leaves," or lack of lemon juice bother me either. But, to each his own, right? I suggest that he bring his own lemon juice wherever he travels so as not to be disappointed. Regarding Puerto's food, it is some of the best - if not THE best- red meat available in Miami. I usually order a Vacio Sandwich, and it has never disappointed. I know a lot of Gauchos that eat at Puerto when they don't go to Fogo or make their own BBQ. Notably, when they do make their own Gaucho styled BBQ, they buy their meat from Puerto. Eveybody knows that though. I highly recommend to anyone that they try to save room for dessert because the cakes and other sweets are phenomenal. Service is always quick and friendly. Perhaps, the Argentinian reviewer received an unfriendly response to his behavior because I've been going there for years and not one waitress has ever disappointed me in their service or kindness. The atmosphere is great for a small get together for friends or family. So, I suggest you make it a get-together place to reconnect with friends. But, if you really can't live without lemon juice on your milanesa, I guess you should bring some. ;)

Systematically this restaurant gets worse which( me as an Argentinian) I have been coming here with family since it opened up. Well.....today is my last visit. Service and food has been going downhill constantly. Today I ordered a milanesa and it was out in exactly two minutes.Obviously was dry and overcooked, once again. One of the sides I ordered was the salad but...without lettuce as I cannot eat green leaves vegetables. I was charged an extra dollar.no dressing and takes several minutes to get the "waitress" to my table.Service? When questioned she was rude in answering. With a who cares attitude. Many things like lemon juice have been taken away, many cutbacks. Menu prices were incresed in over 10% but quality is mediocre Meat(butcher) prices are higher than the best Argentina restaurant in Miami & Coral Gables. Wine prices are higher than THE other Argentina Restaurant It is a pity that this is happening to Puerto Madero. Several of my friends do have similar experiences.
